This is a full-time role as a Credit Control Manager at MMBA Accountants. As a Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing credit control activities, including credit management, debt collection, and financial analysis. This is an on-site role located in Islamabad.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers and recommend credit limits.
Monitor credit limits and terms of payment, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Manage the company\'s accounts receivable portfolio effectively.
Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes promptly.
Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and collections status.
Analyze aged debt reports and provide insights to senior management.
Forecast cash flow projections based on collection trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve credit-related issues.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to credit control.
Assess and mitigate credit risks through credit checks and risk analysis.

Qualifications:

Credit Control and Credit Management skills
Analytical skills
Debt Collection experience
Finance knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Professional certification in credit management or ACCA, CA related field is a plus
