Senior Sublimation Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sublimation Designer with expertise in pattern fitting for sportswear and apparel. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern alignment, and accurate scaling for sublimation printing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop precise sublimation designs tailored to garment patterns.
Ensure accurate pattern fitting and alignment for production.
Create high-quality, print-ready files with perfect scaling.
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot fitting and design placement issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and printing techniques to enhance design efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sublimation design, pattern fitting, and garment construction.
Expertise in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of seam placements, panel alignment, and fabric behavior.
Ability to handle multiple projects while ensuring precision in every design.
Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality, production-ready artwork.
