- Experience: Minimum of 3 months in a call center setting.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization.
- Team Spirit: Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
- Motivation: Energetic, proactive, and goal-focused.
- Availability: Not currently enrolled as a student or working elsewhere, must be a night owl.
