- Making sure milk is packed on time and delivery process has started.
- Report to management in case of any negligence.
- Call existing leads and mature.
- Make phone calls on the start of the day and reach as many customers as possible.
- Update notes about the discussion and follow ups.
- Look out for any messages or comments from customers on facebook and respond accordingly.
- Call customers occasionally and ask about quality and request for referrals.
- Create opportunities for upsell
- After the deliveries are complete, join google meet link and connect with the delivery boys to check how much amount has been collected, any orders we will be canceled for tomorrow and send next day’s list to the whatsapp group. Inform about how much amount needs to be dispensed to delivery boys for the next day.
