Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain company (social media platforms including LinkedIn) and employee profiles.
- Develop and implement effective HR management tools to track employee efficiency and performance.
- Manage employee data and performance records.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support recruitment efforts by creating job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and providing orientation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR management.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
