Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the crypto and Web3 sectors.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
  7. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management.
  8. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the crypto and Web3 industry.
  2. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 applications.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Standards for Sales Dept:

  1. 4 Meetings (Zoom) (records)
  2. 30 Calls (per day) (records) (but if someone proceeds with 1 order, you can pass this standard)
  3. 1 order at least / 3 days on average
  4. 1 month = 6 orders required at least to guarantee a minimum of 500 USD per month.
