Job overview:

Works to improve flydubai market position in Islamabad to achieve financial and passenger growth. Reporting to Sales Manager Islamabad to work closely to surpass allocated targets while protecting existing business and exploiting new business segments from Islamabad market.

 Key Accountabilities Included:

  1. To achieve and excel allocated targets, protecting existing business and constantly exploit new business opportunities.
  2. Creating maximum awareness of flydubai products and services to trade and consumers in the marketplace.
  3. Provide leadership and management of corporate accounts, forecasting, and production of weekly sales call plan.
  4. Analyze competitors’ activities and market dynamics, and identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for the market.
  5. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, and trade partners through all lines of communication, including ministries, government houses, clubs, schools, embassies, and commercial houses whilst effectively managing key accounts.
  6. Represent the company at trade exhibitions as well as events sponsored by Flydubai.
  7. Working closely with the Sales Manager and regional office, to ensure that prerequisites (like advertisements or communication to the trade-on campaign) are fulfilled successfully within a timely manner.
  8. Design, develop, maintain, and manage all insight reports for the Sales Manager and Regional Office
  9. Manage and evaluate all incentive schemes (AFIS, TAFIS) implemented to generate incremental revenue from trade partners.
  10. To reply/address all customers and trade complaints and queries timely – both verbally and in writing

Minimum Qualifications / Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related area. MBA is preferred.
  2. 3 years experience in job-related experience from a reputable airline, GDS, travel agency or online marketing/ e-commerce/digital marketing company
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills
  4. Communicate fluently in spoken/written English
  5. Experience in: Airline on Travel agency
  6. General knowledge of the travel trade industry
  7. Strong understanding of current market conditions.
