We are looking for an experienced Furniture Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all furniture production lines and the quality of output.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules. Coordinate with sales and procurement teams.
- Oversee high-quality standards and address issues promptly. Implement and monitor quality control measures.
- Supervise and lead production staff. Allocate resources effectively for optimal production.
- Manage raw material inventory and optimize levels. Implement inventory control measures.
- Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with procurement for cost-effective solutions.
- Identify and implement process optimization initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety training for production staff.
