We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive growth in our insulation product line.

Job Overview: As an HVAC Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving sales of our insulation products. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with potential clients. Your role will involve both generating new leads and nurturing existing relationships to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for insulation products in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Present and demonstrate insulation products to potential clients, highlighting benefits and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that promote insulation products.
  • Develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, industry events, and webinars to showcase products and network with potential clients.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media and email campaigns, to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product innovations, and best practices in insulation and HVAC systems.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on insulation products and their benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of insulation products, HVAC systems, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
