We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Client Relations & Sports Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in driving business growth by attracting corporate clients for sports events, organizing sports days, and introducing new sports tournaments at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote sports days and team-building events.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored sports event solutions.
    • Create proposals and presentations for corporate clients, highlighting the benefits of hosting events at our facility.
  2. Event Coordination:

    • Plan and organize sports days and tournaments for corporate clients, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
    • Coordinate with facility staff to ensure smooth execution of events, including scheduling, equipment, and catering needs.
    • Manage event budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
  3. New Sports Tournaments:

    • Research and introduce new sports tournaments that align with market trends and client interests.
    • Develop marketing strategies to promote new tournaments and attract participants.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for new events.
  4. Relationship Management:

    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Gather feedback from clients post-event to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
  5. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track and report on sales activities, event outcomes, and client feedback.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or event coordination, preferably in the sports or hospitality industry.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports disciplines.
