PKR. 50,000 - 90,000/Month

Responsible for Design Analysis & Evaluation of the new/existing products based on set standards, QMs requirements, and other applicable local & international standards.
Make a prototype with a 3-D printer.
Coordinate with R & D and Project team for the development of prototypes.
Responsible for arranging Design Validation & Performance testing of the product using modeling and simulation software, i.e., ANSYS, etc.
Responsible for suggesting new design concepts to develop more innovative and competitive products and technical compatibility to develop concepts into real products.
Analyze product cost and suggest designs to reduce material and manufacturing costs.
Responsible for developing D & D sheets, design history files (DHF), and design evaluation reports.
Responsible for comparison of samples.
Responsible for providing material selection input for the preparation of BOM.
Prepare DFMEA sheets.
Follow up on the assigned tasks and ensure that they are completed on time.
Review Design Change requests for planning and execution.
