Sales Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join the MEDIA SALES TRAINING LIMITED team. As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and improving your team's sales performance.

Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Supervise and motivate sales teams, provide training and guidance
Manage customer relationships to ensure that customer needs are met
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to the company
Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics, and assist in formulating the company's overall development plan
Participate in the negotiation and signing process of important customers

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business administration or related majors are preferred
At least 3 years of sales or marketing work experience, including more than 1 year of management experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers
Able to analyze market trends, good at developing and executing sales strategies
Results-oriented, with a strong sense of purpose and achievement
Familiar with the media industry and market dynamics is preferred
Team management and leadership skills, able to motivate and guide team members
