We are looking for a robust Accounts Assistant with 1 to 3 years of experience with the following required skills:
Minimum Qualification:
- BCom, BS in Commerce, Associate Degree Program in Finance and Accounting
Required Skills:
- Good experience with ERP or Accounting/Bookkeeping Software like QuickBooks
- Recording daily vouchers, sales invoices, cash purchases, and vendor invoices in ERP
- Recording of sales orders, purchase orders, goods received notes, and delivery challans
- Knowledge of accounting and costing concepts and principles
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player
- Understanding and capability to maintain income and expense entries in ERP for profit and loss reporting
The ideal candidate must be:
- A permanent resident of Karachi
- Not performing any other job, business, or freelance work
