Manage the overall operations of farms.
Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring that staff understands expectations.
Develop and keep financial and production records.
Ensuring the seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and other supplies are regularly restocked.
Hire, train and supervise farm workers.
Necessary equipment purchase, repair and maintenance by coordinating with the relevant departments.
Responsible of vending organic vegetables in the market if necessary
Bachelor\\\'s in agriculture science or any other relevant degree.
At least 10 years of experience in relevant field.
Must have experience of regenerative and organic farming.
