Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Design and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote products or services.
- Oversee branding initiatives to maintain consistency and enhance the company’s image.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing materials and event planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing team members.
- Set clear objectives and performance standards for the team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide regular feedback and support to team members to aid their development.
