- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hire.
- Prepare Payroll and Manage attendance.
- Upload documents to electronic employee files
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update and communicate HR policies to employees as needed.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to HR processes and guidelines.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Implement strategies to enhance workplace morale and teamwork.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Timing- 11am-8pm
