We are hiring Representatives who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively calling our warm leads who we have contacted earlier, ask them a few questions according to the provided script, and connect them with our representatives in USA via live transfer.

  •  Maintain a healthy conversation over calls
  •  Keep accurate records of work completed and work remaining to ensure compliance
  •  Ensure all the questions in the script are answered (5-6 questions)
  •  Check and comply with quality audits performed after every 2 days
  •  Should have a C1 or C2 level of spoken and written English
  •  Be a quick learner and take feedbacks positively

Responsibilities:

  •  Be punctual on scheduled shift timings (This is an on-site role)
  •  Attend the calls being made by the automated dialer to our customers who have been already contacted by us (No cold call sales)
  •  Have a warm and welcoming tone of voice to carry healthy conversations over live calls
  •  Use computer applications to track workflows, make notes during the call, and handle customer inquiries accurately
  •  Learn the script by heart (5-6 questions) along with the Rebuttals of customer questions (No longer than 2 pages)
  •  Keep track of the calls made every day along with the ones successfully being transferred to live agents in USA

Note: This is not a sales or cold calling job. This is regarding calling our existing customer base to whom we have talked previously. The representatives will be calling those customers and asking a few verification questions, call live agent in the US over the other line, connect the agent with the customer and hanging up the call from your side. This is a live transfer project and is a long term role.

What we offer:

  •  We offer a competitive salary package of 35,000 + commissions per transfer made.
  •  This position comes with uncapped commissions, the better you are, the more you earn.
  •  Representatives working with us make between 90,000 to 140,000 on average.
