Vaccination Auditor - Technical

Conducting thorough audits of vaccination processes and ensuring compliance with established standards. The role involves machine audits and workforce audits in the field, requiring strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. This position is crucial in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the vaccination efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Vaccination Audits:
- Perform comprehensive audits of vaccination processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document findings and report any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Machine Audits:
- Inspect and audit the equipment used in the vaccination process to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance or repair needs.
Workforce Audits:
- Evaluate the performance and adherence to protocols of the vaccination staff.
- Provide feedback and training as necessary to ensure high standards are maintained.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all audits conducted.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to the VSE Team Supervisor.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all vaccination activities comply with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality within the vaccination team.
Field Work:
- Travel to various locations to conduct field audits.
- Utilize company-maintained vehicles for travel and ensure proper use and maintenance of the vehicle.
