Mars Digital Solution is looking for A Sales and Business Development Specialist
Mars Digital Solution is seeking a Sales and Business development Specialist who must have exposure in proposal making, generating leads & analyzing client requirements at Upwork, freelancer, Bark, Fiverr, and more.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating business from online Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Bark, etc.
- Responsible for managing the sales team
- Responsible for bidding on Digital Marketing, Web Development, and E-Commerce Development projects.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal submission, Permanent Contracts, and Others
- Working on both Proactive and Reactive Leads.
- Responsible for Generating Business from Freelance Bidding Portals.
- Bidding on Freelance portals on a daily basis and acquiring projects and converting those projects into long-term sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Bark, Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer, and Others)
- Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Must be a graduate and understand technology to nurture tech leads.
- Must be good at the targeted sales.
- Strong Follow-up skills and self-motivated.
