We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead for our BPO call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving team performance. You will mentor agents, manage workflows, and implement best practices to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of call center agents to meet performance targets.
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share updates, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs and enhance team skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a BPO call center environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with call center technologies and performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
