We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Closer to join our team specializing in medical alert systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Present and explain medical alert systems to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Close sales by overcoming objections and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a related field, preferably in healthcare or medical products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
