We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to manage a high volume of calls, and possess strong social media and headhunting skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to help grow a leading BPO in Karachi by finding and recruiting exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Management:

  • Make a minimum of 60 recruitment calls per day to potential candidates.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Social Media Recruitment:

  • Post job openings on various Facebook job groups relevant to the BPO industry.
  • Actively post and manage job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed & Rozee.
  • Head hunt for potential candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram by reaching out to relevant profiles.

Recruitment Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintained a daily tracker of recruitment efforts, showcasing calls made follow-ups and social media activity.
  • Present regular recruitment reports to the HR Manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and progress towards recruitment goals.

Walk-In Interviews:

  • Organize and conduct walk-in interviews at the office, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.

Additional Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling in-person interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain and update the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Support in developing recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment tools.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events, representing Mars BPO and attracting potential candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in Recruitment is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a BPO recruitment role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities efficiently.
