Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for the Med Alert campaign.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Upsell Med Alert products and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Record customer details and call outcomes in CRM.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Experience: Call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Skills: Strong English communication, sales-oriented mindset, basic computer skills, problem-solving.
