Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for the Med Alert campaign.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Upsell Med Alert products and meet/exceed sales targets.
Record customer details and call outcomes in CRM.
Conduct follow-ups with potential customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
Experience: Call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Skills: Strong English communication, sales-oriented mindset, basic computer skills, problem-solving.
