Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Liaise and follow up with vendors for timely supplies of materials.
Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications, etc.
Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to forecast procurement needs and align with operational goals.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and ethical practices in procurement processes.
Continuously assess market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative products.
Strong knowledge of hospital equipment, including biomedical, pharmaceutical, and surgical supplies.
