Responsibilities:
- Engage with international clients through chat, offering custom gaming characters, avatars, and graphics.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored graphic solutions.
- Manage multiple client interactions simultaneously with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely responses.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth delivery of products.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and offer suggestions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly via chat.
- Prior experience in sales, especially in the gaming, graphics, or digital media sectors (preferred).
- Ability to work night shifts to cover international markets.
- Passion for gaming, creative design, and digital products.
