Markhor Now is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Video Editor.

As a Senior Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing engaging and visually compelling content. You will work closely with our creative team to edit and enhance video footage, ensuring it aligns with the project’s vision and objectives. Your expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with a strong sense of music, will be essential in delivering high-quality final products.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished final videos for various platforms including social media, broadcast, and web.

Post-Production: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to enhance video quality through color correction, motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design.

Music Selection: Demonstrate a keen sense of music to select appropriate tracks that complement the visual elements and overall mood of the video.

Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver on creative vision.

Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives through effective editing techniques.

Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet technical and creative standards, maintaining consistency and brand guidelines.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining organized workflows.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of professional video editing experience.

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects are mandatory.

Music Sense: Strong ability to select and sync music tracks that enhance the overall impact of the video.

Creative Skills: Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and timing.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
