Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally within an advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and possess a keen eye for detail, strong conceptual skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design compelling graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Maintain consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an advertising agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
Excellent visual design skills, including a strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
