In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of the trucking industry, including the types of freight, equipment, and regulations (DOT, NAFTA, federal and state standards)
Knowledge of 26ft Box trucks, 53’ trucks, OTR, FMCSA
Proficiency in using computer software and applications, such as Microsoft Office, dispatching software, GPS, and electronic logging devices
Receive and process incoming orders from customers
Coordinate with truck drivers to schedule pick-up and delivery times
Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers as needed
Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve any issues or delays
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Work closely with the operations team to optimize routes and maximize efficiency
Provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders
