Join our team as an Online Fieldwork Associate, Market Research! In this exciting entry-level role, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing qualified participants for online interviews, focus groups, and surveys. You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and recruiting diverse respondents who meet specific project criteria
- Building rapport and effectively communicating with potential participants
- Utilizing various recruitment methods, including online platforms and targeted outreach
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
- Strong research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using online research tools and databases (a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Schedule
- Full-time, on-site position (Islamabad)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT
Islamabad-based candidates are strongly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, On-site
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month depending upon experience
