The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to secure essential resources and funds for our programs.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about our cause, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record in resource mobilization and fundraising.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and fundraising plans.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and foundations.
- Design and implement innovative fundraising campaigns.
- Develop compelling marketing materials and utilize digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong donor relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing and fundraising professionals.
- Manage fundraising budgets and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and fundraising in the non-profit sector.
- Proven success in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and donor management software.
- Passionate commitment to MALC's mission.

MALC is also in the front to provide relief and rehabilitation to the poor and needy people affected by natural and man-made calamities and participates actively in the relief, reconstruction and rehabilitation activities in the earthquake and in various floods and draughts relief projects in the country.
