We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of tax and law concepts and will assist our legal and tax professionals in various administrative and operational tasks. This position is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the legal and tax field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing documentation and paperwork related to tax and legal matters.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel and Word.
- Conduct basic research and compile information as requested.
- Support the team in administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with client onboarding and support activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Intermediate (preferably a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field).
- Basic understanding of tax and legal concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
