To ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting record and reporting at all times.
To get assurance that cash and banks are reconcilied and to share status report with concerned management on daily basis.
Maintain liason with rest of the departments to keep knowledge of the information affecting financial reporting.
Close and report books of account on quarterly , half yearly and annual basis.
Highlight areas in organisational structure that require improvement and suggest course of action to make them more efficient.
Keep strong payment follow-up with all of the clientele to ensure healthy cashflow position at all times.
Review the work of assistants and supervise them for smooth work flow of the department.
Analyse the present work flow and implement procedures to improve level of communication between the departments.
Use analytical skills to highlight abnormal trends in financial data upon closing of books of accounts.
To ensure that purchases have been accounted for in the system and invoices against deliveries have been posted through developing strong connection with supply chain department.
Maintain strong liason with production dept. and inventory controller and prepare report by using job costing techniques for higher management consideration and review.
Analyse and understand current procedures and workflows and prepare intermediate to advance level G-Sheets in close coordination with production manager to calculate profitability.
