Export Management:

Banking Relations:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions.
Manage and monitor banking transactions, including fund transfers, letters of credit, and trade finance facilities.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and handle any banking-related inquiries.

Financial Analysis:

Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to export activities.
Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Provide recommendations to senior management for financial strategy and decision-making.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Mitigate financial risks associated with export operations and recommend risk-mitigation strategies.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial and export-related transactions.
Prepare and file necessary export documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Communication and Reporting:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate export and finance-related information.
Prepare and present reports to management regarding financial performance, export status, and banking relationships.
