Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional with dual expertise in accounting and banking to manage the financial and banking operations of our export-oriented business. The ideal candidate will handle financial records, ensure compliance, support export transactions, and provide tailored banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely tax return submissions.
Reconcile bank statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and monitor foreign exchange rates.
Prepare and process export-related financial documents such as letters of credit and export invoices.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for export transactions, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding international trade finance products and services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service and financial solutions.
Monitor and manage foreign currency accounts and transactions, ensuring accurate currency conversions.
Liaise with external auditors, ensuring documentation for audits is prepared and provided.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, banking regulations, and company policies.
Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and presenting regular reports on banking and financial activities to senior management.
