We are seeking a dynamic and CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 year of international experience, with 3 to 4 years preferred. Experience in the UK market is a significant advantage. This role requires a deep understanding of the product line, Active listening skills, client managing manner and phone etiquettes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance the product offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with customers. Close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelors must be Complete.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication with English Fluency, UK Accent will be a plus, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sales environment, work as an individual and a team player.
