We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving customer retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product usage, deliver strategic solutions, and provide ongoing support to meet client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide proactive support and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Analyze customer data to improve user experience and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in customer service management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
