We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company\'s customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Present and sale company products and services to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in field sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
