We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's positive reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues: Address and resolve customer complaints, following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Provide product/service information: Assist customers by providing accurate details about products, services, and policies.
  • Process orders and requests: Help customers place orders, track shipments, and process returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain customer records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work with internal departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Follow up on customer cases: Ensure all customer cases are closed within service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay updated on products and services: Continuously learn about the company's offerings to provide informed responses to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Able to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Patience and empathy: Handle challenging customer situations calmly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail: Accurate data entry and careful handling of customer information.
  • Time management: Ability to handle multiple inquiries at once and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems: Experience with customer management tools or a willingness to learn.
  • Team player: Able to collaborate with colleagues and work towards common goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of interactions in a fast-paced environment.
