Amazon Wholesale Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Wholesale Specialist with over 3+ years of proven success in managing and optimizing wholesale operations on Amazon. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the Amazon marketplace, strong analytical skills, and a solid track record of growing wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company’s Amazon wholesale account(s).
Identify profitable wholesale opportunities, negotiate deals with suppliers, and establish partnerships.
Conduct market research to stay updated with product trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and expanding product listings.
Optimize product listings with keyword research, product descriptions, and competitive pricing.
Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms, including product uploads, pricing updates, and resolving account issues.
Analyze sales performance data to recommend and execute growth strategies.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and changes.
Handle daily operations, including order fulfillment, shipment coordination, and returns.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an Amazon Wholesale Specialist or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and other fulfillment methods.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
