We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product)
- Negotiate and close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred)
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry-specific knowledge
- CRM software proficiency
- Sales certifications (e.g., CSP, CSE)
