To ensure that all hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained across the store premises, aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Hygiene Management:

Develop, implement, and monitor store hygiene policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure cleanliness in all store areas, including customer zones, storage rooms, display shelves, and refrigeration units.
Supervise and inspect daily cleaning routines and schedules.

Waste Management:

Oversee waste disposal processes, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management regulations.
Implement waste reduction initiatives in collaboration with store teams.

Pest Control:

Coordinate with pest control service providers for regular checks and treatments.
Maintain records of pest control schedules and preventive measures.

Training & Awareness:

Train store staff on hygiene practices, including personal hygiene, cleaning procedures, and food safety (if relevant).
Conduct periodic workshops or refresher sessions on hygiene best practices.

Incident Management:

Respond promptly to hygiene-related complaints or incidents, ensuring effective resolution.
Investigate and document hygiene breaches or health-related incidents, implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
