Main responsibilities:

Independently prototype and develop web applications with complex interaction patterns, flexible components, and efficient backend.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct evaluation studies with multiple iterations of generative AI models.
Analyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of web applications.

Minimum requirements:

Should be able to write product and system development code.
Willing to learn new technology and try different things.
Able to communicate effectively.Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with any one of the following languages for the backend (Go, Nodejs, Python, Java, C#, Rust, or Scala)
Ability to write testable and efficient code.
Understanding of client-server architecture.
Contribute to documentation.
Ability to debug and identify issues.

Nice to have:

A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Active participation in design and architecture discussions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Understanding of CI/CD
