Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years in outbound calling and IT sales. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored IT solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, effectively presenting our IT solutions.
Identify and assess client needs, recommending appropriate products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Manage leads and opportunities using our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on outbound calling.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
In-depth knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
