Answer all incoming calls with a friendly demeanor.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients.
Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
Respond promptly to client communications via email
Handle Queries, Requests and Complaints from customers tactfully.
Generate new business / client independently
Maintain relationships with the existing clients & provide excellent services.
Answer phone calls, emails to provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
Entering the client's detail into the database
Provide support to new and existing clients
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Effectively communicating with the customer and resolve their queries to make them satisfied
Must be able to overcome objections and handle customer pushback.
Possess a good knowledge of computer systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point,
Perform additional duties as required

Job specification

Minimum one year customer service experience, freshers are also encouraged to apply
Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (Preferred Graduation)
