We are looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in managing Amazon wholesale businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English and a proven track record of working with successful Amazon businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure the logistics of getting goods from suppliers to Amazon are handled efficiently, including correct labeling and procedures.
Amazon Seller Account Management:
- Manage and optimize the Amazon seller account.
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search and sales performance.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, taking necessary actions to maintain high standards.
Product Research and Analysis:
- Identify winning products using tools such as Keepa and Jungle Scout, amongst other techniques.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize profitability.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and Amazon to manage stock replenishments.
- Handle order fulfillment processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee the logistics of shipping goods from suppliers to Amazon warehouses.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA requirements and standards.
- Manage the entire supply chain process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in a successful Amazon business.
- In-depth knowledge of the Amazon FBA wholesale model.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions to enhance business operations.
- Proficient in using Amazon sales support software such as Keepa and Jungle Scout.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
