Managing crowd movements during peak hours or events to ensure a smooth flow of foot fall and prevent any disturbances.
Patrolling assigned areas, and promptly respond to any security concerns or incidents within the mall premises.
Provides VIP security protocol to VIP guest and assists visitors.
Responsible for managing & handling escalated situation within the mall premises and handle unruly customers.
