We are seeking a dedicated and skilled team of 4 Call Center Representatives to operate on a predictive dialer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our outbound calling (US Solar Campaign).
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the provided predictive dialer system efficiently to make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Strictly adhere to qualifying questions outlined in script to ensure accuracy and relevance in lead generation.
- Ensure all data required for calling is provided and manage it effectively during the calling process.
- Collaborate with the team leader to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required for skill development and campaign updates.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on call outcomes to assist in campaign optimization.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with outbound calling experience.
- Familiarity with predictive dialer systems and ability to operate them efficiently.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to the provided qualifying questions.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously are required.
- Willingness to work in US times, 10pm to 6.30am PKT.
