We are seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our Admissions Department of Lords Law College & Lords College of Pharmacy. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information and assistance throughout the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and their families.
  • Provide accurate information about admission requirements and college programs.
  • Assist applicants with the online application process.
  • Maintain call logs and update applicant information in the admissions database.
  • Follow up with prospective students to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Requirement:

  • Experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
