We're seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to coordinate our company's logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Plan and optimize routes, schedules, and shipping modes.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on logistics performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, transportation management systems, and inventory management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
