- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Oversee the import of goods, including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with international suppliers.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers.
- Track and manage international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any import-related issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, logistics providers, and other key partners to ensure favorable pricing and service levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to improve efficiency and quality.
- Oversee inbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
